Gaya Street where the night market is located is the oldest street in Kota Kinabalu, the capital city of Sabah (North Borneo), Malaysia. It is also fondly known as the Chinatown with its various Chinese shops lining the street within the bustling city. Here you can find many varieties of food in the eateries of these shops. Our live, interactive one hour walking and food experience is available every Friday and Saturday evening, this street turns into a “MUST VISIT” night food market for both locals and visitors alike. Stalls upon stalls of tempting & delicious local, foreign, traditional food spring alive from 6:30pm until 11pm local time. We will bring you on a close-up experience as we stroll along the street during this virtual tour. We will explore and learn more about the local cuisine and even watch how the food is prepared.
