How do I find out if I have the capacity to host a Discover Live virtual tour Experience in my facility?

You do have the capability and we will assist you.  All you will need is a good internet connection, a computer, a speaker, a microphone, a projector (with screen) or a large screen TV.  During the very first session we will help you to set up everything and also leave you instructions.

What is the reaction when you take people to a Discover Live destination Experience for an hour?

People of all ages are amazed.  They are able to interact with a live tour guide in a fascinating destination and experience that location live.  We have had rave reviews! Whether our guests have been there before or not, it will be a once in a lifetime experience.

How many people can attend the Discover Live virtual tour event?

It depends on the rooms size and visibility to the screen and acoustics in the room.  Usually you can host 30 - 60 people without issue.

What happens during Inclement weather?

We are like the post office motto, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds".  Although there may be likelihood we cancel the tour during inclement weather to protect our tour guides, we will do our very best to accommodate all experiences.

How should I prepare the audiences for the optimal live tour Experience?

We found asking each audience to prepare 1-2 questions for the tour guide prior to the event can make the experience super engaging.  Just like any world travel, some research done by the audiences on the destination location can make the tour very fun. They are encouraged to ask questions during the tour.

What else will I need?

We need audiences that will love the event or be able to experience something new.  In the senior assisted living setting, sometimes people with dementia may cause disruptions and or interfere with the event for others.  We would ask the facility staff to please be present and ensure that we don’t have significant distractions.  A good facilitator at the facility who can interact with our tour guide and the audiences during the session is essential.

Do you need marketing material for audiences?

We can provide a flyer to tell people about the event.  This is a unique experience that not many facilities do.  We want to get the word out and want to assist you in anyway we can.

How does billing work?

We are very different from most experiences in an assisted living or nursing facility.  Once the service agreement is signed, we will invoice the facility after the Experience is delivered.  Credit cards and checks are accepted for payments.

Who are our clients?

We currently cater to assisted and skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, schools, senior centers, community organizations and corporations.
