I've learned that the habits that have made the biggest difference in my life aren't the dramatic ones—they're the little things I keep coming back to.
A short walk instead of staying indoors. Drinking more water. Calling a friend. Reading a few pages before bed. They don't seem like much in the moment, but over time, they really do add up.
One piece of advice that's always stuck with me is: don't try to change everything at once. Start with one small habit, and let it become part of your day before moving on to the next.
