Chinese New Year, literally called by people in China, The Spring Festival, is simply the most cherished festival by people in this ancient land. This time, the dragon will take over from the rabbit as the zodiac animal. We will show you how people in an outlying village in southeastern China go about preparing and enjoying their most hearty meals in a year. Like tens of thousands of other villages across China, the life here will get to the fullest during the Spring Festival as migrant workers all come back to their rural home to spend short yet precious time with their older generations.
