They also vary from the mountainous area, like Sapa, to the floating markets in the Mekong Delta region. This one-hour walking tour will take you right into the heart of a local market in Ho Chi Minh City ("Saigon") and let you experience the culture and everyday life of the Vietnamese, just like a Vietnamese. Here, you will find out why most Vietnamese families go to the market at least once a day. You could get to see what's on most families' dinner tables. Share how Vietnamese people define "fresh" and find out how many herbs are in the most popular Vietnamese beef noodle soup (Pho Bo).
