Discover Live offers four subscription options: Sightseer Program ($24/month) offers 2 live tours per month from 8 options, perfect for solo travelers or families. Observer Program ($49/month) provides unlimited on-demand access to pre-recorded tours you can watch anytime. Tourist Program ($69/month) offers 4 live tours per month from 8 options with real-time guide interaction and live chat. Navigator Program ($119/month) offers access to all scheduled tours and extended recording access. Choose live programs (Sightseer, Tourist, Navigator) for real-time guide interaction, or Observer for flexible on-demand learning.

All subscriptions include access to tour options and destination brochures with cultural information. Live programs (Sightseer, Tourist, Navigator) include professionally hosted tours with expert local guides, real-time Q&A and interaction, and live chat with guides and fellow travelers. The Observer program includes a growing library of pre-recorded tours with unlimited access to rewatch tours anytime and the ability to pause and rewatch sections at your own pace.

Tour materials are included with your subscription. Go to your Subscription Dashboard, select your Dashboard, then click "Tour Materials" at the top (near Calendar and My Bookings). Select the folder for your specific tour and download materials to prepare for your experience.

You can cancel a booked tour through your subscription portal. Tour recording access varies by program: Sightseer members do not have access to tour recordings. Tourist members can watch a recording of the scheduled tour for up to 10 days following the tour. Navigator members can watch a recording for up to 30 days following the tour.

Yes! You can change your subscription at any time. Upgrade from Sightseer to Tourist or Navigator for more tours, add Observer for on-demand flexibility, or upgrade Tourist to Navigator for access to all tours, priority booking, and extended recording access.

You only need a high-speed internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone). You can join tours directly from your browser—no special software or travel preparations required. Simply log in and explore the world from home.
