For me, I think there’s something underrated about not needing every day to be exciting. A slow morning, a good conversation, nowhere to rush off to... those things hit differently. ☕😊

Have you ever read a book that made you want to visit a place you’d never really thought about visiting before?

It doesn’t even have to be a travel book. Sometimes a setting is written so well that suddenly you’re looking up flights. 😄

What book was it, and where did it make you want to go?

What’s one tiny detail you still remember surprisingly clearly?

Not necessarily the famous landmark or big moment. Maybe it’s the smell of a bakery, a conversation with a stranger, the view from your hotel window, or a song you kept hearing everywhere.

Funny what our minds decide to keep. ❤️

It’s usually the café you wandered into by accident, the person you ended up talking to for an hour, the wrong turn that somehow led somewhere beautiful, or the story that was not funny when it happened but definitely is now.

Maybe life could use a little more of that too. Not everything needs an itinerary. ✈️

I snatched this picture last night in Manhattan during my travel there. I have visited the site many times. Today when I looked at this photo, I felt more somber for me. Where were you at on September 11th?

If someone handed you a ticket right now and said, “Pack a bag, we’re leaving tomorrow,” where would you hope the ticket was taking you? ✈️

It can be somewhere you’ve never been, somewhere you’d love to return to, or even somewhere close to home.
