DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

If you live and breathe digital and growth marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a contracted Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. In summary, the successful candidate will;


· Manage marketing initiatives, including; web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, digital marketing, blog, PR, influencer, and affiliate

· Maintain Discover Live social media presence across all channels

· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple platforms and customer touch points, and adjust marketing tactics accordingly

· Measure and report on the performance of all marketing efforts. With timely adjustments to strategy and tactics when necessary


Detailed Responsibilities

· Plan, and execute, all promotional and lead-generation digital marketing campaigns

· Manage and maintain consumer database

· Develop and expand Discover Live’s social media presence

· Create email blast campaigns to target key customers

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

· Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on those insights

· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

· Optimize website user experience

· Develop and execute influencer and PR strategies

· Manage affiliate marketing program

· Evaluate emerging marketing tools. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


Professional Skill Requirements

· BS degree in marketing or a related field

· 5+ years’ experience in digital and growth marketing strategy developments and tactics

· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, consumer database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

· Highly proficient in CMS and marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot

· Proven capabilities to set up reporting against KPI measurements

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

· Experience in optimizing websites

· Experience with A/B testing

· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

· Proficiency in using Facebook Ads

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurements

· Expert multi-tasker that can prioritize your own time while managing multiple and complex priorities

· High level of comfort with ambiguity and willingness to pivot to keep pace with evolving needs

· Startup experience is desired
