Salvador, Bahia is the First Capital of Brazil and Most African City in the Americas. Bahia is the country's pulsing epicenter of Afro-Brazilian culture. Bahia is known for its warm, vibrant culture. It is situated in the Zona da Mata in the Northeast Region of Brazil, Salvador is recognized throughout the country and internationally for its cuisine, music and architecture. This tour will take you to “São Salvador da Bahia de Todos os Santos”. Salvador is the capital of Bahia State and one of the most fascinating cities in Brazil. For one hour, we will see the principal streets of the Old Town of Salvador (a UNESCO World Heritage Site and UNESCO Creative Music City). In this tour we will walk from the Elevador Lacerda to the Terreiro de Jesus/ Cruzeiro de São Francisco, with the views of their most famous attractions: Bay of All Saints, Terreiro de Jesus Square and finishing just next to their most famous church, São Francisco Church (Gold Church).
