Rated one of the best holiday markets in the US, the Downtown Holiday Market in our Nation’s Capital covers two entire blocks! Here, many small and local businesses will be selling a diverse array of quality, handmade art and wares. This years offerings will include; Art - collage, paintings and photography; Clothes - fiber art, accessories and textiles; Crafts - of all kinds - ornaments, ceramics, glass (we may even get to see them working with the glass), woodworking and imported crafts; Jewelry; Speciality items - antiques; food gifts (maybe we can see fresh hot doughnuts being made); soaps and candles. They will also have live entertainment. All set directly in front of the Smithsonian Art Museum in Washington, D.C.
