Service Description

Parangtritis is about 28 kilometers (17 miles) from Yogyakarta, making it an ideal day trip to get away from the city and soak in the roar of the waves and the incredible atmosphere. Here, you'll find some incredibly green, lush hills set against a raging ocean. In this break from the big city we'll encounter a slower pace of life in the village, a bastion of rice paddies, mingling with the rising mist and tropical forests. The trees huddle together like watchful guardians of the village, their branches whispering in the wind as we press on to discover some of the local plants and fruit in the surrounding areas, including bananas, chilly pepper, shallot, and peanut. From the greenery area we walk to the ocean. With raging surf and salty sea breezes, we'll be hard pressed not to feel rejuvenated and refreshed the moment we arrive. As we walk down the beach, we can take in the sights of the collapsing surf walls and breathe in the fresh ocean air. Then we can rest at one of the makeshift shelters that line the beach, where we can sit and enjoy some shade. $79 for each additional screen (does not apply to corporate customers.) * This tour is not designed for our corporate customers.
