San Jose is the capital and largest city of Costa Rica, located in the heart of Central America. San José is known for its dense culture and history as well as its exquisite architecture. San José is also the cultural hub of the country, with museums, art galleries and beautiful parks. In relation to other Central American cities, San Jose is rather modern, the buildings are rarely more than 100 years old. Our one hour, live, private, virtual walking tour will take you to the interesting city of San Jose. Together we will witness how local Costa Ricans go about their daily business. We´ll start our journey in the colorful Central Market where you will see a kaleidoscope of objects, fresh fruits and vegetables that people can get there along with natural medicine and herbal remedies. As we stroll, we will admire the historical buildings. Next, we will visit some of the beautiful urban parks to see what we can find. This walking tour is a mix of Culture, History, Traditions and Nature all in one place.
