Spring has sprung in Portugal, and we have two new tours that let you experience the new season first-hand. The weather in Porto, Portugal is always moderate, but spring is exceptional. Either interactive virtual experience will help you feel renewed. Both tours are ecotourism-friendly.
Our first virtual experience will take us to the bohemian part of the city, Clérigos Cultural Quarter. This is one of the upper parts of Porto. It is marked by Baroque architecture. We will see the admirable Tower of Clérigos, which is 249 feet tall and offers beautiful views of all of Porto. We will visit the sumptuous Cordoaria garden and its funny-looking trees, where we will truly experience the season of spring. Then we will head over to the University and the world-famous Livraria Lello Bookshop. This bookstore is said to be the most beautiful in all of the world. These are just some of the attractions that we will discover in this unique part of the city.
Or, we could take a boat ride on the Douro River and see evidence of the spring season everywhere along the route. Our one-hour interactive virtual experience will begin onboard a river cruise of the 6 Bridges. We will be cruising along the Douro River, balancing on the soft waves of the water. Along the way, we will see all 6 Bridges of the city. Our cruise will take us as close as possible to the mouth of the river. All the while, we will be able to enjoy the incomparable views of both the North (Porto) and South (Gaia) riverfront areas. We will be able to see the diversity and beauty of these cities. This experience should definitely be part of your itinerary for Porto and Portugal.
Don’t miss out, spring tours are only available now through May. Experience Porto, Portugal at its most beautiful and enjoyable time of the year. This is a unique travel experience, take advantage of it while you can.
