Emperor Tombs (Hue, Vietnam)
I was completely fascinated by the imperial tombs in Vietnam. I expected them to feel quiet and solemn, but the interiors were incredibly detailed, colorful, and beautifully decorated from floor to ceiling.
Every carving, mosaic, and painted surface seemed to tell a story.
It is amazing to think that this much artistry and care went into creating the final resting places of Vietnam’s former emperors. I could have spent hours just looking at all the tiny details.
