TASTE OF ITALY: Try This Easy Pasta Recipe! 🍝
Let’s take a bite-sized trip to Italy today, with a dish that’s loved around the world:
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (Spaghetti with garlic and oil).
It’s simple, delicious, and only takes 15 minutes!
What You Need:
200g spaghetti
3 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup olive oil
A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt
How to Make It:
Boil spaghetti until al dente.
While it cooks, heat olive oil in a pan and gently cook the garlic until golden.
Add chili flakes (if you like a little spice!).
Drain pasta, save a little pasta water.
Mix pasta with garlic oil and a splash of the water.
Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
